MEA Director Prof. Dr. h.c. Axel Börsch-Supan, PhD, holds the Chair of Economics of Aging at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Theses of TUM students with a connection to the research topics of the MEA can be supervised by Prof. Börsch-Supan and affiliated to a MEA research area.
Scope:
The thesis should be in empirical economics and relate to the research conducted at MEA.
Requirements:
Candidates should have sufficient knowledge of empirical econometrics and experience in working with common statistical software.
