The workshop aims at fostering international collaboration between the Centre for Advanced
Studies in Biomedical Innovation Law (CeBIL) at the University of Copenhagen, the BioLaw
Research Group (BioDiritto) at the University of Trento, and the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy.
Specifically, the event is designed to bring junior and senior scholars together to discuss their work on health law
topics, and provide a platform for constructive feedback from a panel of both top academics and peers.
