In SHARE wave 8, thig-worn accelerometers were used to measure physical activity in a sub-sample of respondents in ten countries. These data can be combined with the information from the SHARE database to investigate a range of reseach questions . Besides exploring the social and health related correlates of high and low activity, the data can be used to investigate methodological research questions.
